You say you offer "secure server" for credit card security. What does that
mean and how does it work?
A:
The goal of Americart security is to achieve one thing: Deliver credit
card information from the customer to the merchant with the minimum
possibility of exposure to prying eyes. Our primary tool for this is the
utilization of secure data encryption. We encrypt the information between
the customer and the cart, and then you retrieve credit card information
the same way. Although orders are emailed to you in the clear, we strip
off the credit card number, which you then retrieve through your secure
browser, thus completing the secure path.
Q:
Some browsers don't support secure transactions. How do you handle this?
A:
We offer all checkout forms in both secure and unsecured versions. The
customer may choose as appropriate.

Shipping charge and method
- American Nutrition charges a flat
rate of $4.95 on all orders shipped to Continental U.S.A. no matter how large the order is. We do not
penalize our customers for large purchases. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS GROUND
 2-5 business days average delivery time from time order is placed. We are
one of the fastest in the industry. All merchandise is carefully packed before
leaving our warehouse. Most order received before 3:00pm West coast Time
will be shipped out that same day.
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska -
We still charge our flat rate of $6.95 for Puerto Rico
Hawaii and Alaska and orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery times of 3-5
days.
When will my product be shipped?
- Orders will be processed and shipped the same day or
within 1 working day (weekend and holidays excluded). Please allow 3-5 days bank
clearance for orders that are paid by personal checks.
