Damiana Leaf: Damiana (Turnera Aphrodisiaca) is primarily used for treating hormonal imbalances, prostate disorders, depression, bronchitis, fatigue, nervous debility, anxiety and as a reproductive system tonic.

Korean Ginseng: Studies have found that Korean ginseng improves performance and stamina, as well as reaction times in the elderly. It also is thought to have mild effects on the central nervous system.

Mainly used as a nerve tonic, for insomnia and depression. Oats provide very high nutrition and help to nourish the debilitated nervous system. Very useful for those who are exhausted and for convalescence. Other uses: prevention of scrofula, prevention of gravel and stones in the bladder and kidneys, clearing to urinary congestion, and to build and strengthen the bones and tissues.

Promote nail health. As a concentrated source of silica, oat straw supplements and herbal tea (as well as oatmeal) may help to strengthen nails that are cracking or splitting. Silica is a key ingredient in nails.

Saw Palmetto Berry Powder: German Commission E approved the internal use of saw palmetto fruit for urination problems associated with benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) in early stages (I and II) to deter the progression of prostate enlargement. Additional studies are required for the saw palmetto's ability to reduce the enlarged prostate, although some recent researches suggest that saw palmetto may reduce the enlargement. Dose: preparations from 1-2 grams of cut fruit per day, or 400 mg of standardized extract (4:1) twice a day. Side effect: No side effect is known except rare occurrence of stomach problems.

Nettle Leaf Powder: Nettle’s root affects hormones and proteins that carry sex hormones (such as testosterone or estrogen) in the human body; this may explain why it helps benign prostatic hyperplasia. This has been confirmed using extracts of the roots in double blind studies. A preliminary study reported that capsules made from freeze-dried leaves had an anti-allergy action in people.

Pumpkin Seed Powder: In China and the Americas,
naked pumpkin seeds are often eaten as a snack food, and in Hungary, oil
extracted from the seed is sold as a medicine to relieve prostate problems.
The seed is high in unsaturated fats and protein as well as vitamins A and
E.

Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex: Citrus bioflavonoids include quercitrin, rutin, hesperidin, and naringin. They possess antioxidant activities, which help fight poor health and aging. Bioflavonoids are referred to as "biological response modifiers" because they help to modify the body's reaction to allergens, viruses, and carcinogens.

Choline (Choline Bitartrate): Choline assists in controlling your weight as well as cholesterol levels, keeping cell membranes healthy and in preventing gallstones. It is also most useful in the maintenance of the nervous system, assisting memory and learning, and may help to fight infections, including hepatitis and AIDS. Choline is critical for normal membrane structure and function. Choline is the major precursor of betaine, and it is used by the kidneys to maintain water balance and by the liver as a source of methyl-groups for methionine formation. It is also used to produce the important neurotransmitter acetylcholine. It assists in nerve impulse transmission, gallbladder regulation, liver functions and lecithin production.
