 Overview:
Mood Support is an excellent formula
containing our well known "Full Spectrum" European standardized extracts of St.
John's Wort and Siberian Ginseng. It also includes Kava Root Extract, L-5-HTP, Tyrosine
and Inositol.
St. John's Wort:
Recently known in the United States, but
researchers in Europe have been studying St. John's Wort for decades. It is
common for doctors in Germany to prescribe it for depression with insurance
companies paying for it. It is available in many pharmacies herb shops in Europe
and the United States in liquid, capsule and dried form.
Siberian Ginseng:
Tested by the Russians in several trials, this herb was soon hailed as an "adaptogenic"
(stress-protective) marvel. Some American doctors greeted this proclamation with
skepticism - calling the trials into question since there were seldom the types
of controls, such as placebos, that western medicine had come to rely upon.
Still, Soviet athletes and military personnel used it to increase physical
performance and endurance.
Kava Root Extract:
