American Nutrition would like to commemorate the courage and faith of our founding fathers in their pursuit of liberty. This Fourth of July as you gather together with loved ones for barbecues and colorful fireworks displays, take an extra minute to be thankful for your freedom.

American Nutrition is Celebrating Your Health and Happiness!

Encourage your family and friends to eat healthy by serving vegetables and fruits during your celebration. Raw vegetables and fruits are rich sources of enzymes, they help to break down food particles in the digestive system. Green foods such as asparagus, celery, and broccoli provide the body with natural minerals that are important to maintaining health and fitness.
