Suggested Use: Start with a five day
loading period of 25 grams a day. Use a level teaspoon (approx. 5 grams) at a
time mixed in juice or water and drink immediately. After the five day loading
period, reduce the dosage to 5-15 grams per day.
Warning: For freshness 500gm bottles are
better. Creatine powder when exposed to air over time can lose it's potency and
stability. Our smaller size containers cost more to produce and are better and
preserving potency and stability. All bottles are shrink wrapped and safety
