Directions
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, add 2 scoops or 1 tablespoon to 4
oz of water or juice, and stir/mix until dissolved. Use 3 servings daily. Do not
exceed recommended servings. Consult with physician prior to use if you have any
medical conditions. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Note: Athletes who
engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 oz of water per
day. Drink an additional 16 oz of water for each pound of weight loss during
exercise.
