Directions
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix
1.5 teaspoons into water or juice 1-3 times daily. For best results, consume
immediately following workouts and/or before bedtime. Note: Athletes who engage
in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 oz of water per day.
Drink an additional 16 oz of water for every pound lost during exercise.
