Dietary supplement. Volumize muscle cells and speed recovery between
workouts. Increase muscular work capacity and power output. Support gains in
lean body mass and strength. EAS Phosphagen = Bigger + faster + stronger! This
is it. The original creatine by EAS! First brought to the sports nutrition
market by EAS back in 1993 as Phosphagen, creatine was an unheard-of substance
to North American athletes. But today, after being scientifically scrutinized in
over 200 research studies and put to the real-world test by literally hundreds
of thousands of athletes worldwide, creatine has become the undisputed
heavyweight champion of sports nutrition supplements. Here's why - Creatine has
the ability to enhance not only muscular strength and high-intensity endurance,
but growth as well.
EAS Phosphagen is designed to create:
» An increase in lean muscle mass in a study of creatine's effects on overall
body fat [Kutz, MR, Gunter, MJ. Creatine monohydrate supplementation on body
weight and percent body fat. J Strength Cond. Res., 2003 Nov.
» 17(4):817-21. Branch JD.
Effect of creatine supplementation on body composition and
performance:
» a meta-analysis. Int. J Sports Nutr Exerc Metab. 2003 June.
» 13(2):198-226.]. An increase in peak muscularity in an analysis of creatine
supplementation and performance [ Kocak S, Karli U, Effects of high dose oral
creatine supplementation on anaerobic capacity of elite wrestlers. J Sports Med
Phys Fitness, 2003 Dec.
» 43(4):488-92.]. A more anabolic muscular environment - studies have shown
subjects performed better in explosive movements on a regimen of creatine
[Becque MD et al. Effects of oral creatine supplementation on muscular strength
and body composition. Med Sci Sports Exerc. 2000 Mar.
» 32(3):654-8. Bosco, C et al. Effects of oral creatine supplementation on
jumping and running performance. Int. J Sports Med. 1997 Jul.
»18(5):369-72.]. Enhancement of anaerobic muscular endurance when combined
with a program of diet and exercise [ Bosco, C et al. Effects of oral creatine
supplementation on jumping and running performance. Int. J Sports Med. 1997 Jul.
»18(5):369-72. Burke DG et al. The effect of continuous low dose creatine
supplementation on force, power and total work. Int. J Sport Nutr Exerc. Metab.
2000 Sep.
» 10(3):235-44.]. An increase in the amount of glycogen stored in muscles
[van Loon LJ, et al. Creatine supplementation increases glycogen storage but not
GLUT-4 expression in human skeletal muscle. Clin Sci (Lond). 2004 Jan.
»106(1):99-106.] which may significantly increase endurance performance.
Clearly EAS Phosphagen is a must have supplement for serious athletes. And EAS
