Directions

Recommended Use: Take 4 capsules daily, or as directed. For best results take 2 capsules 45-60 minutes before training and 2 more capsules 15-30 minutes after training. Keep bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight.
