Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules 2 to 3 times daily 30
minutes before meals and/or exercise. Begin use with half the
recommended dosage (2 capsules 2 to 3 times per day) to access your
tolerance. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of
bedtime. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Experienced
thermogenic users may achieve maximum fat loss and energy enhancement
at a dose of 4 capsules 3 times per day. For best results, take 3-4
capsules 3 times daily and use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise
program. Do not exceed 12 capsules within a 24 hour period.
