Daily Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 caplets 3 times daily, 30 minutes before eating, with 8 ounces of water. Workout Days: Take one of your 3 caplet daily servings, prior to working out on an empty stomach, with 8 ounces of water. Store at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Protect from heat, light and moisture. Do not puncture if seal is broken.
