Directions
As a dietary supplement take one (1) serving (6 tablets)
first thing in the morning. On workout days take one (1)
serving immediately before your workout. Because of our
exclusive Ethylated Technology (ELT3) the 2x
bioavailability, begin use with one-half the the recommended
serving (3 tablets) for the first seven (7) days to assess
your tolerance. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day. For good
health practices consuming 6-8, eight (8) ounce glasses of
water is recommended. Store at controlled room temperature
between 59 and 86 degrees F to maintain freshness. Do not
refrigerate.
