Directions

Take one serving (17 grams) daily, preferably pre-workout. Mix with 8 oz of water and stir vigorously or mix in a shaker bottle. Due to TRAC's micro-encapsulated Time Release Technology contents may suspend when mixed in water. Additional stirring may be required. Store at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Protect from heat, light and moisture.
