Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one level scoop with 16oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage 30 minutes before workout on a light to empty stomach. On non-workout days, take one level scoop with 16oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage on a light to empty stomach. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
