| Serving Size: 3 Capsules
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for teens and adults, take
2-3 capsules 20-30 minutes before breakfast with a large glass of water, and
again at bedtime. Adjust dosage as desired after 30 days. In addition
consider consumption of high fiber foods and supplements and NOW® 8 Billion
Acidophilus and Bifidus.
Free of: sugar, salt, starch, wheat, gluten, corn, soy,
milk egg or preservatives.
