Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® 3
times daily. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW®
B-Complex Vitamins, Magnesium and Phosphatidyl Serine.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Modified Food
