Textured Soy Protein (T.S.P.) Granules are an unflavored and
versatile food. They are normally used in place of meat for
vegetarian burgers, sauces, casseroles, stews, soups and chili.
For normal use, pre-soak in water or seasoned sauce to soften
before using. Just simmer for 25 minutes.
NOW Foods Textured Soy Protein (T.S.P.) Granules are made entirely
from soybeans. They are made entirely from soybeans. They are
extruded like pasta but with some air forced in to produce a
meatlike texture. They have no chemical additives and are an
excellent source of protein, fiber, magnesium and iron.
