1-3 teaspoons
(or more), anytime of the day or upon retiring. Can be taken more
than once daily, with or without food.
How to Prepare: Place powder in glass, add 3-4 oz. of hot water and
stir until dissolved, add cold water and drink. Natural fruit juice
may be added in place of cold water when preparing for children.
How Much: Individual needs may vary. Start with 1 teaspoon daily,
and gradually increase to 3 teaspoons (or more, as needed). When
bowles are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount. If
diarrhea occurs, this is a sign of excess intake, simply reduce
dosage. Some people may need to start with 1 teaspoon only and
gradually work up to higer amounts. |
