Customer Registration
- Customer registration is not required to order from us, but it does
make the re-ordering process a little easier. Our customer registration system requests some general
information of you that we keep on record for your future orders. There are many
benefits to registering with us including:
- View any of your previous orders online
- Edit and save your information online so that you do not have to input it
again on future orders
- You may receive special offers as a registered customer (only from
AmericanNutrition.com and only regarding sales and specials)
American Nutrition keeps your information confidential and it is never shared
with anyone! You will never receive spam mail from us! All of your
information, including your e-mail address is kept private and secure.
Guarantee - We
have a 30 day money back guarantee (date received). Please notify us
immediately of any order that is unsatisfactory and we will try to resolve the
problem. All clearance and final sale items are not returnable. We do not refund
any shipping charges.
Payments - We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover,
Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Your account will be charged at the time of
shipment. All payments are made in U.S. currencies. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.
Online
Checks (Pay by Check) -
Please note that if you choose this payment method it may take upwards
of 2 1/2 to 3 weeks
to ship the order. We must first receive the check in the mail from Pay
by Check, we must then wait for the check to clear, which can take up to a week.
After the check clears we will ship your order as fast as possible.
Order By Mail - If you are not comfortable
sending your credit card information over the internet you may pay by money order, or
personal check. Just add your selected items to your cart, register your name, address,
and e-mail account on our website. Then simply print out the order form, and mail it to:

paid by personal checks).
Cancel an order -
You may cancel your order before your order has been shipped. In
most cases your order is shipped the same day, sometimes as little as hours after you've placed
the order. Make sure you contact us immediately if you want to
cancel your order.
