Suggested use:
Gradually add 2 scoops of Heavyweight into 2 cups (16 oz. or 500 ml) of cold
water or milk with continuous mixing. Always use HEAVYWEIGHT 45 minutes before
training to guarantee you get the most powerful workout possible. Don't risk
breaking down hard-earned muscle for energy. Next, use HEAVYWEIGHT again
immediately after training to take advantage of the two-hour window that exists
after training. During this time muscle takes up about 85% of the nutrients it
will use for the next 24 hours of growth and recuperation. Finally, use
HEAVYWEIGHT about an hour before you go to bed. The hours you sleep are the
longest time you go without eating. Typically, by the time you wake-up, your
body has already begun to break down significant amounts of muscle tissue for
