Kava Kava is an herb that has been widely used for hundreds of years by native South Pacific Islanders.  This extract is standardized to assure a guaranteed percentage of its active components known as Kavalactones.

Serving Size: 2 droppersful (16 ml)

Suggested Use: As an herbal dietary supplement, take 2 droppersful in juice, water, or herbal tea 1 to 3 times daily as needed.  Daily usage not to exceed 4 weeks.
