TSP is most commonly used in place of meat for vegetarian burgers, casseroles, stews, soups, and chili, but can be used accordingly to whatever your specific mood calls for. Made entirely from soybeans, NOW TSP is extruded like pasta, but with some air forced in to produce a meat-like texture. Free of any chemical additives, this is an excellent source of protein, fiber, magnesium and iron.
