Suggested Use: Start with a five day
loading period of 25 grams a day. Take one level teaspoon (approx 5 grams) at a
time mixed in juice or water, drink immediately. After the five day loading
period, reduce dosage to 5 - 15 grams per day.
Warning: Creatine powder when exposed to
air over time can lose it's potency and stability. Our smaller size containers
