» Creatine, Glutamine, and Taurine. Each serving supplies 5 grams of CreaPure brand Creatine Monohydrate. The patented production method used to produce CreaPure yields a powder that mixes easily into water or juice and does not readily settle to the bottom. As a result, the gritty taste or texture you may have experience with other creatine powders is not associated with this product. 3 Grams of L-Glutamine, 2 grams of Taurine, and simple carbohydrates are also included to aid absorption and help round out this all-inclusive formula. Suggested Use:
