DHA Omega Supreme Liquid is a vegetarian blend of
unrefined, filtered Organic Golden Flaxseed Oil,
Borage Seed Oil, and algae-derived DHA (Docosahexaenoic
Acid). DHA Omega Supreme provides 240 mg GLA and
100 mg DHA per serving. GLA is an essential fatty

Serving Size: 1 TBSP (15 mL)

Suggested Usage: Shake well before use. As a
dietary supplement, take one tablespoon (15 mL) 1 to 2 times daily,
preferably with meals. Suitable in salad dressing oil, sauces,
peanut butter, yogurt and protein shakes; it can also be used in
place of butter on rice, potatoes or toast. Gradually increase your
intake if desired.

pressed), Borage Seed Oil (cold pressed), DHA Oil (hexane-free)
(algae source), and natural antioxidant blend of Rosemary Extract,
