International Orders - American Nutrition ships
products worldwide. Because of the complexities of all the different shipping
methods it is impossible to have standard international shipping costs. Each
order is viewed individually and the best method is chosen for each case. The
actual shipping cost will be calculated by the weight, dimensions, value, and
destination of your parcel. Package arrival times vary depending on shipment destination, and customs. For a shipping

*Once we have shipped the package, we have no control over the package. We have
no way of contacting the carrier to make any changes once the parcel has left
the US. If you have requested shipping insurance, tracking information will be
available, it will be provided upon request. We have no control over customs. We
are not responsible for any customs charges, delays, and/or confiscated
packages. It is the customers/buyers responsibility to be aware of your
country’s Import/Export regulations, and restricted products. All
delayed/confiscated packages will not be refunded or reshipped.
Shipping charge and method
- We charge a flat rate of $5.95 on USPS First Class Mail,
and UPS Ground packages under 2 lbs. Orders containing heavy products (>2lbs) will
automatically be shipped via UPS Ground, and the shipping cost will be
adjusted according to the weight of the individual products within.
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 for stardard packages. For orders containing heavy products,
additional handling charges are added to the flat rate as follows:

Expedited parcels are subject to changes in shipping cost
based on the weight and value of the package.
USPS First Class Mail and UPS Ground packages have an average delivery time of
2-7 business days from the date the order is shipped. We pride ourselves in
being one of the fastest in the industry. All merchandise is carefully packaged
by our staff before leaving our warehouse.
Most UPS orders received before 3:00pm MST will ship the
same day.
*The weight limit for USPS First Class Mail is 13.0oz.
If you select USPS First Class Mail, and your package is over the weight limit,
the next appropriate shipping method will be chosen (*additional charges may
apply).

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska
- We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for standard
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska shipments under 2lbs. Orders are shipped USPS
Priority Mail, with an average delivery times of 3-7 days. (additional handling charges
will apply to heavy/valuable packages).
When will my product be shipped? -
Orders containing stocked products are processed and shipped the
same day. It may take 2-3 working days on non-stocked items (weekend and
holidays excluded). We do not display on-hand availability of our products on the
website, we will try everything in our power to get backordered products shipped
ASAP.
Please allow 3-10 working days, for bank clearance on orders
that are paid by personal checks.
