Shipping Policy

International Orders - American Nutrition ships products worldwide. Because of the complexities of all the different shipping methods it is impossible to have standard international shipping costs. Each order is viewed individually and the best method is chosen for each case. The actual shipping cost will be calculated by the weight, dimensions, value, and destination of your parcel. Delivery times vary depending on shipment destination, and customs processing times. *Once we have shipped international packages, we have no control over the package. We have no way of contacting the carrier to make any changes once the parcel has left the US. If you requested shipping insurance, tracking information will be available, and provided upon request. We have no control over customs. We are not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or confiscated packages. It is the importers responsibility to be aware of your country�s customs regulations, Import/Export restrictions, and prohibited products. All prohibited/confiscated packages will not be refunded, and will only be re-shipped at the customers request/expense, once the package has been returned to us.

Shipping charge and method - We charge a standard flat-rate of $5.95 for most packages.
For orders containing products weighing more than 2 lbs, additional handling charges are added to the flat rate as follows:

All expedited parcels are subject to changes in shipping cost based on the actual weight and value of the package.

USPS First Class Mail and UPS Ground packages have an average delivery time of 2-7 business days from the date the order is shipped. For a more accurate UPS estimate see our UPS Ground Map. We pride ourselves in being one of the fastest in the industry. All merchandise is carefully packaged by our staff before leaving our warehouse.

Most UPS orders received before 3 pm MST ship the same day.

*The weight limit for USPS First Class Mail is 13 oz. If you select USPS First Class Mail as your shipping option, and your package is over the weight limit, the next appropriate shipping method will be chosen (additional charges may apply).

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska - We charge a standard rate of $7.95 for standard Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska shipments under 2lbs. (handling charges do apply to heavy products). Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary depending on the actual weight, and value of the package. For more info visit: http://postcalc.usps.gov/

When will my product be shipped? - Orders containing stocked products are processed and shipped the same day. It may take 2-3 working days on non-stocked items (weekend and holidays excluded). We do not display on-hand availability of our products on our website, we will try everything in our power to get backordered products shipped ASAP.

Please allow 3-10 working days, for bank clearance on orders that are paid by personal checks.
