Planetary Formulas Flex-Ability is a classic Chinese formula (Shujin Chih), traditionally used to support muscles, bones and normal circulation. It has been widely used in Asia by athletes, martial artists and the elderly to support normal flexibility.

Serving Size: 1/4 Teaspoon (approx. 1.25 ml)

Suggested Use: For internal use: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, two or three times daily. For external use: apply topically as desired.
