SN Vitamin A & D 100 tabs

Vitamin A is an essential nutrient which is required for both day and night vision, maintaining healthy skin, and keeping mucous membranes moist and functioning.  It is also needed by the thymus gland and the bones.  Vitamin D helps regulate calcium and phosphorus levels in the bones, teeth, and blood.  It is necessary for proper absorption of calcium from the intestine, and for the normal mineralization of bones.

Serving Size: 1 Tablet

Suggested Use: 1 tablet daily, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Warnings: Pregnant or breastfeeding women take only 1/2 tablet per day. Do not exceed a total intake of 5,000 IU of preformed vitamin A (palmitate) daily and consult your health care professional before using this product.
