Shark cartilage has long been valued by traditional herbalists in China, where it has been consumed for centuries as shark fin soup. Shark cartilage contains mucopolysaccharides, a family of complex carbohydrates including the now well-known chondroitin sulfate. It is an excellent source of calcium and phosphorus.

Serving Size: 1 Heaping Scoop (approx. 4.5 g)

Suggested Use: Stir one level scoop into an 8 ounce glass of thick fruit or vegetable juice, or take as recommended by your health care professional.   Drink immediately after mixing, before breakfast every day.  Store at room temperature.  Laboratory analysis available upon request.
