Diet Fiber Re:Fresh powder contains a unique combination of ingredients to help support the body's natural detoxification process. Natural soluble and insoluble fibers are combined with herbs such as ginger to support the digestive process, and FOS and acidophilus to increase the number of friendly flora in the gastrointestinal (G.I.) tract.  The G.I. tract is where food is digested, nutrients are absorbed, and wastes are eliminated.  It is key to health and well-being and it is the site of synthesisof a vast number of compounds.  It is also home to millions of microorganisms that manufacture vitamins and support a balanced microflora environment.

Serving Size: 1 Rounded Scoop (3.75 grams)

Suggested Use: For adult use only. Before meals, mix or blend one rounded scoop of Fiber Re:Fresh powder with 8 ounces of water or non-acidic juice (apple or papaya), 1 to 3 times daily. For best taste and solubility, mix with cold apple juice. Important: Gradually, over 1 week, increase from 1 scoop to 2 scoops daily, to allow your system to adjust to a higher fiber intake.
